I don’t have to tell you about all the fillers and unnecessary additives in store bought bread. I make this bread for my son who is egg and dairy free and he loves it! It’s a good consistency for avocado toast or even as a sliced bread.

Ingredients:
4 C Flour
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
2 1/2 C Oat milk
1/4 C Sugar
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1/4 C Vegetable Oil (avocado works)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
Warm the milk and pour it into a small mixing bowl. Add the apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix until combined.
Pour the oil into the small bowl with the milk and gently stir. Pour the milk mixture into the flour bowl and mix until it forms a sticky dough. Add a little flour to your hands and move the dough to the loaf pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
