Adrenal cocktails are used to help improve symptoms of adrenal fatigue. Symptoms can be fatigue, body aches, low blood pressure, lightheadedness, trouble falling asleep, salt and sugar cravings, weight gain and more! It’s often caused by long term exposure to stress which drains the cortisol reserve in your body.
Ingredients:
1/2 C Guava juice (or OJ)
1 C Coconut water (can substitute watermelon juice if allergic)
Dash of Celtic salt
Collagen peptides (serving varies by brand)
Drink once a day at the time where you have the least energy. For most people it’s 2-3PM and others 10-11AM. I like to pair this with a protein snack so the blood sugar level doesn’t go too high. An example would be chicken salad on cucumber slices or a small bowl of a bean soup.
