Ingredients:
1/4 C Pumpkin purée
1/2 C Granola butter or nut butter
3 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 C Coconut flour, oat flour or almond flour
1 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Mini chocolate chips, dairy free + 1 C melted for coating

Directions:
In a small mix bowl combine the pumpkin, granola butter, maple syrup, flour, vanilla and spices. Once it’s fully combined fold in the chocolate chips. Put the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes
While the dough freezes line a sheet pan with parchment paper and melt your chocolate.
Remove the mixture from the freezer and roll it into small balls. About 1-2 tbsp per ball. Dip the ball in the chocolate and roll until covered. Transfer to parchment paper
When finished sprinkle sea salt and freeze the balls for at least 10 minutes before serving
