Apples help with bowel regularity and ginger tea reduces intestinal cramping and bloating. The apple cider vinegar helps with bloating. Save this recipe for the next time your stomach is acting up!
Ingredients: (Makes 2 C)
1 Peppermint tea bag
1 Small apple diced
2 Sprigs fresh mint
1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 C Ginger tea : I boil 2 C water and 2 thumb ginger for 10 minutes to make this
1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions:
1. Boil water to make your ginger tea
2. While the ginger is boiling prepare your apples, tea, vinegar and mint.
3. Pour the ginger tea over the apples, tea bag and mint and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
4. Pour into two separate cups. You can eat the apple for additional fiber
