
Hummus is a great appetizer for a crowd. It’s healthy, filled with healthy fats to keep you full until dinner is served and it’s budget friendly. I liked to serve it with a variety of chopped veggies like cucumber, bell peppers, carrot sticks and celery.

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups garbanzo beans (canned or soaked, cooked, and drained
2 cloves garlic
10 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoons coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Toppings:
Parsley
Flavor bomb tomatoes, halved
Two red bell peppers to make the bow-Use the bottom of the peppers to make the bow and then cut strips to make the ribbon that hangs down from the bow
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Takes about 5 minutes.
2. To make the wreath pattern spread the hummus in a circle. Sprinkle the parsley on top and add halved tomatoes and pepper bow
