3lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1/3 C Honey
2 tbsp Balsamic reduction glaze
3 tbsp Olive oil
Salt + Pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. In a mixing bowl coat the brussels with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Place the brussels sprouts cut side down on a sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes.
4. While the sprouts are roasting, in a small saucepan heat the honey and balsamic glaze for about 3 minutes until they’re combined and liquidity. The honey should just start to bubble. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
5. Pour the glaze over the brussels and serve warm!
