
Ingredients:
2lbs Ground Turkey
4 Cloves garlic
1/2 C Raisins
1 Can diced tomatoes
1/2 Yellow onion, diced
1 C Chicken stock
1 C Green olives
2 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper
1 Bell pepper, red or green
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Cumin
2 C Rice, cooked
Directions:
1. In a large dutch oven heat the olive oil. Add the onions and peppers and cook for 5 minutes
2. Add the garlic and turkey and cook until the turkey is completely cooked
3. Add the raisins, spices, diced tomatoes and chicken stock. Let simmer for 20 minutes
4. Serve over rice
