Gut Supporting Miso Crunch Salad

Most people focus on lettuce or spinach as a base— but what your gut actually needs is:

Gut Reset Miso Crunch Salad
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Small mixing bowl
Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
- 3 C Shredded green cabbage
- 1 C Shredded purple cabbage
- 1/2 C Shredded carrots
- 1/2 C Shelled edamame
- 3 Green onions, sliced
- 1 C Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 C Avocado *optional, not ideal is meal prepping or saving leftovers
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tbsp White Miso paste
- 1 tbsp Tahini or coconut cream or sunflower butter
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1-2 tsp Pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger
- 1 Clove Garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
- 2-3 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the salad ingredients
- In a small mixing bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients until combined. Pour of the salad, mix and serve
