Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders

Dry rub:
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cayenne (optional-this will make them spicy)
2-3lbs chicken tenderloins-you need about 1-2 chicken tenderloins per bun
Slider buns
2 tbsp olive oil
Bun topping-
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings for sandwich:
1 bottle dairy free honey mustard -Primal Kitchen or Brianna’s
Tomato
Lettuce
Pickles
Onion
Directions:
1. To make the chicken pour all of the dry rub seasonings into a large bowl. Add the chicken and mix well until all the chicken is coated evenly.
2. Heat the olive oil in the skillet and cook the chicken until the outside is golden brown and they’re cooked through (you can also use an air fryer)
3. While the chicken is cooking put your oven on broil. Coating your buns with the bun topping mixture (I used a brush for this) and pop them in the oven for just 3 minutes! They will crisp quickly and we just want them to be toasted.
4. To assemble the sandwich layer chicken, honey mustard and your toppings and serve!
