Anti-inflammatory Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients:
2 C Ginger tea
4 C Fresh pressed strawberries and lemons or a strawberry lemonade fresh pressed juice-wholefoods carries one
1 tbsp Honey (you can add more if you want it to be sweeter


Ginger tea: You can either use two cups boiling water and 1 ginger tea bag OR you can boil a 3” fresh ginger root piece in 2 C water for 10 minutes and strain the ginger out
