De-bloat Apple Peppermint Tea

If you’re looking for a little help de-bloating after a heavy meal try this tea !

Ingredients:

1 Ginger lemon tea bag

2 Sprigs fresh peppermint or peppermint tea bag

1 tbsp Honey

2 C Water

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

(optional) 1 small fresh cut apple

Directions:

1. Steep and enjoy! You can even eat the apple if you like
