De-bloat Apple Peppermint Tea

Ingredients:
1 Ginger lemon tea bag
2 Sprigs fresh peppermint or peppermint tea bag
1 tbsp Honey
2 C Water
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
(optional) 1 small fresh cut apple
