Superfood Apple Pie Quinoa Jars

Ingredients for jar:

1 apple, diced

1 C milk of your choice

1 scoop protein powder of your choice

1 tbsp nut butter or sunflower butter or granola butter

1/3 C quinoa flakes

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

Topping options: Extra fruit, yogurt, coconut whipped cream, cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a jar combine the chopped apple, milk, protein powder, nut butter, quinoa flakes, cinnamon, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Allow this to rest overnight. Refrigerate overnight
  2. In the morning top the quinoa with the optional toppings more fruit and enjoy!
