Superfood Apple Pie Quinoa Jars

Ingredients for jar:
1 apple, diced
1 C milk of your choice
1 scoop protein powder of your choice
1 tbsp nut butter or sunflower butter or granola butter
1/3 C quinoa flakes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Topping options: Extra fruit, yogurt, coconut whipped cream, cinnamon
Directions:
- In a jar combine the chopped apple, milk, protein powder, nut butter, quinoa flakes, cinnamon, chia seeds and hemp seeds. Allow this to rest overnight. Refrigerate overnight
- In the morning top the quinoa with the optional toppings more fruit and enjoy!
