Add the vegetables
Microwave for 1 minute. Check the center. If it's not cooked microwave in 15-30 second intervals until fully cooked and puffy. *Microwaves come in different strengths so the time is dependent on your particular microwave. Mine took about 1.5 minutes.
I like to serve this with avocado toast and hemp seeds to reach 30g of protein for breakfast
