1/2CPumpkin seed flour This supplies magnesium and zinc, if you have an allergy you can substitute almond or more oat flour

Wet Ingredients
2Eggs, pasture raised so they have Omega-3 or a flaxseed eggs
1/2CPure maple syrup
1/3CAvocado oil or coconut oil (liquid)
1/2CYogurt of your choice, I used Cocojune which is dairy free and greek style
1tspPure vanilla extract
Optional add ins
Chocolate chips, chocolate chunks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients stir until they're incorporated
In a small mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whip them
Add all the wet ingredients to the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well
If using chocolate chips/chunks fold them in now
Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread the top so it's even
Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the middle clean
