Gluten & Dairy Free Sheet Pan Gnocchi & Meatballs

Equipment

  • 1 extra large sheet pan

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages shelf stable gnocchi, gluten free
  • 2 Package Amylu Italian meatballs
  • 1 Jar Marinara sauce of your choice
  • 1 pkg Daiya dairy free cheese mozzarella shreds

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Pour the gnocchi onto the pan and spread it out
  • Add the meatballs
  • Pour 1/2 the sauce over the top. Mix so all the gnocchi and meatballs have sauce on them
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Pull the tray out of the oven. Pour the entire bag of the cheese over the top spread out and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. You can use the remaining to serve with the pasta if anyone wants more
