Anti-Anxiety Tea

Ingredients:
1 bag raspberry tea, decaf (you can use another flavor as well)
L-theanine drops (dose depends on brand)
Magnesium glycinate drops (dose depends on brand)

Directions:
1. Bring two cups to a boil and pour over raspberry tea bag. Allow to steep for 10 minutes. Let the tea cool down until warm and add the drops.

*Make sure you follow the dose guide on your specific supplement bottle. Don’t drink more than once per day. This is not a substitute for medication or therapy
