Immune Boosting Lollipops

Ingredients: Makes 8 lollipops with this mold
1/2 C Honey
Zest of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger powder or fresh grated
Immune boosting drops (The amount used will depend on the product you choose)*The brand I used linked here I used 4 droppers full
*Sprinkles optional
Directions:
*You have to stir this continuously for 10 minutes so make sure you plan this when you’re free. If you burn the honey it will have a very bitter taste. I wouldn’t have children help they could get burned the mixture gets very hot
1. Put the sticks in the molds you’ll be using before starting. The stick should be half way through the length of the mold
2.In a small sauce pan add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the temperature to medium and stir constantly until the temperature of the mixture reaches 300F. You can use a candy thermometer for this
3. If using sprinkles add them to the mold. Using a spoon fill the candy molds right away the mixture hardens quickly.
4. Allow the lollipops to cool completely. After they’re cool dust them with powdered sugar so they don’t stick and then store them with wax paper between them. Store in an air tight container at room temperature
