Ingredients: Makes 6 servings
5 C Blackberries

Topping ingredients:
1 1/2 C Oat Flour *Gluten free
4 tbsp date sugar
5 tbsp arrowroot powder or corn starch
4 tbsp avocado oil or melted coconut oil
4 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (I add 1 tbsp at a time until I get the amount of crumble I like it’s usually about 4 but can decreases this to 2)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Pick a 9×9 or 8×8 pan
2. Combine all the filling ingredients until well mixed
3. In a separate bowl prepare the topping. With your fingers flatten and break off small pieces and cover the top leaving small holes or sprinkle on in crumbled pieces
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust starts to brown

Hi. I was wondering if I could use frozen blackberries? Thank you for this delicious recipe
Hi! You would have to heat them in a pan prior to baking to remove excess water. My guess is it would take about 8-10 minutes
