Anti-inflammatory Hot Chocolate

Reducing inflammation in your body prevents disease. You can achieve this by using a combination of herbs, spices and fresh organic produce in your diet.

Ingredients: Makes 1 C
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
1 C Non-dairy milk
2 tsp honey (optional)

Directions:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
2. While the milk is warming up pour all our spices into a cup.
3. Pour the milk of the spices and mix well
