Anti-inflammatory Tangerine Tea

Ingredients: Makes 9 cubes
1 C Tangerine juice ( I used Natalie’s but you can also fresh press them)
2 C Ginger tea (boil 3 inch ginger in 2 C of water for 10 minutes, drain the ginger)
2 tsp Turmeric
1 pinch cayenne (optional: helps increase turmeric absorption but it also causes reflux so omit if you have reflux)
1 Lemon, juiced
2 tbsp Honey

Mix all the ingredients and freeze overnight. When ready to use them pour hot water or hot green tea over them.
