Anti-Inflammatory Pumpkin Hot Chocolate

Ingredients: Makes 2

2 C dairy free milk

1/3 C pumpkin puree

2-3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp turmeic

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

In a saucepan heat and mix the milk, pumpkin puree, cocoa powder and maple syrup. When it starts to boil remove it from the heat and allow it to cool 3-5 minutes.

Add the turmeric and cinnamon. Mix well. Divide into 2 cups
