Edible Protein Cookie Dough

Dairy free, nut free, gluten free, no bake!

Ingredients:
1 C coconut flour
2 C protein powder (i used pea protein)
1/2 C oat milk
1/2 C Granola butter, I use Oat Haus original
1 C dairy free chocolate chips, I use Enjoy Life brand

1. In a large mixing bowl blend everything except the milk.
2. Slowly add the milk. I should form a thick batter
3. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and roll the dough into balls about 2 tbsp each.
4. Spread them out on a parchment lined dish and return to the refrigerator

* Store in air tight container in refrigerator for 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months!
