Elderberry Immunity Popsicles

Ingredients: Makes 6 popsicles

2 C Grape juice of your choice

1 C apple juice or orange juice or pineapple juice or cherry juice- You want something high in vitamin C

1 tbsp honey – optional I added this because I used fresh juices and they’re a little more tart

**Elderberry syrup** The amount you need will depend on the brand and who you’re making the popsicles for. For example if you’re making them for a child you will follow the child dosing guidelines in the package of elderberry syrup your purchase. Mine was a 1 tsp dose so I poured 1 tsp of syrup into each popsicle well

Directions:

  1. Pour your elderberry dose into each popsicle well
  2. In a separate pitcher mix the juices and honey if using. Mix well
  3. Pour the juices into the wells and popsicle sticks and freeze at least 4 hours
