Tiramisu Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/2 C Oats, gluten free
1 tsp chia seeds
2 shots espresso, I used Chameleon brand
1/4 C Oat milk, or milk of choice
1/2 scoop protein powder unflavored or vanilla
Topping:
1/3 C dairy free greek yogurt- I use Cocojune
1 tbsp espresso
Cocoa powder, sifted
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix the oats, chia seeds, espresso, oat milk and protein. Place it in the refrigerator
2. While the oats are setting mix the topping ingredients until smooth. Gently layer the topping on the oats. Return to the refrigerator
3. Let the oats set overnight. In the morning sift or sprinkle your cocoa powder on top and serve
