Gut Healing Papaya Smoothie, High protein, dairy free

Ingredients:
1 C Papaya, frozen
1 Banana, frozen
1/2 C Riced cauliflower, frozen
1 tbsp almond butter or granola butter
1 tbsp Psyllium husk fiber
1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Scoop protein powder (I use pea protein)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 C Coconut yogurt or substitute yogurt
1/2 C Plant based milk (I use oat milk) or more to get your desired smoothie consistency
