1/2 Avocado
1/4 C Mango chunks, frozen
1 C Spinach, fresh
1 Banana fresh or frozen
1 Scoop protein powder (I use pea protein)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 C Plant based milk (I use Oat milk)
1 tsp Maca powder
