Ingredients:
2 C Flour
2/3 C Water
1/3 C Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp baking powder
*You could also add herbs like rosemary
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Which the flour and baking powder together
3. Add the olive oil and water to the flour mixture. Combine until it becomes dough. Do not knead the dough. Split the dough evenly into 2 balls
4. Put on ball on a cookie sheet and roll out as thin. About 1/16th of an inch. The thinner the crispier they will be
5. Repeat with the second ball of dough on another baking sheet
6. Sprinkle salt over all the dough
7. Cut the dough with a pizza cutter or sharp knife
8. Bake for 10 minutes and then let them cool about 15-20 minutes before eating
