Marinated Avocados

I call this a “gut reset” because it’s packed with ingredients that support healthy digestion. Avocados provide fiber, which helps promote regular bowel movements and supports a healthy gut microbiome, while ginger and garlic have traditionally been used to aid digestion. The tamari and vinegar add flavor and may help stimulate digestive processes, making this a simple, refreshing dish that supports overall gut health. It works best after a heavy meal.

Ingredients: Make 2-4 servings

2 Avocados, diced

2 tbsp tamari or coconut aminos

1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp fresh grated ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

1-2 scallions, sliced

1/2 tsp honey

*Mix together and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes then serve!
