Menstrual Phase Cookies

Magnesium is considered good for your period because it helps relax the uterine muscles, reducing the production of prostaglandins which are responsible for menstrual cramps, effectively easing period pain and discomfort; it can also help alleviate other PMS symptoms like mood swings and bloating by supporting nervous system function and hormone balance
Ingredients:
1/4 C cocoa powder
3 ripe bananas
1/2 C almond butter or granola butter if nut allergic
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Smash all the bananas until smooth with just a few small lumps
- Add the almond butter and cocoa powder and mix until full combined
- Bake for 15 minutes
