Mocktail Tree

1 container of candied ginger
1 bottle of gold sugar crystal sprinkles
Sparkling cider of champagne substitute of your choice (3 bottles per 18 glasses)
White cranberry juice (about 1oz per glass)
Directions:
1. Using a food processor puree the candied ginger until it makes a sticky paste.
2. Dip one side of each glass into the sticky ginger. Then dip the same area into the gold sprinkles to coat the glass. I use a flat plate to pour the sprinkles out to make it easier. If you choose to coat the rim instead use a deep bowl
3. Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with champagne and add 1 oz of white cranberry juice to top the glass off
4. Optional- I used thin black ribbon to add a festive ribbon to each glass
