No Bake Protein Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients for 1 jar:
3/4 C dairy free protein yogurt like siggis or yogurt of your choice
1/2 tsp vanilla* if your yogurt is vanilla flavored you can omit this
1/2 tsp honey
1/2-1 graham cracker sheet -GF or regular
3/4 tbsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch or gelatin (you can also used cheesecake flavored gelatin if you’re not dairy free)
Fruit for topping. I used strawberries but blueberries or raspberries would work as well.
Directions:
- Crush your graham crackers and pour them into the base of your jar
- In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, honey, arrowroot powder and vanilla (if using)
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the jar on top of the graham crackers. Top with your fruit and refrigerate over night
