No Bake Protein Cheesecake Jars

Ingredients for 1 jar:

3/4 C dairy free protein yogurt like siggis or yogurt of your choice

1/2 tsp vanilla* if your yogurt is vanilla flavored you can omit this

1/2 tsp honey

1/2-1 graham cracker sheet -GF or regular

3/4 tbsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch or gelatin (you can also used cheesecake flavored gelatin if you’re not dairy free)

Fruit for topping. I used strawberries but blueberries or raspberries would work as well.

Directions:

  1. Crush your graham crackers and pour them into the base of your jar
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, honey, arrowroot powder and vanilla (if using)
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the jar on top of the graham crackers. Top with your fruit and refrigerate over night
