No Cook Superfood Breakfast Bowl

This bowl is amazing because you don’t have to cook anything, it has fiber, protein, healthy carbs, essential fatty acids, antioxidants and pre and probiotics to support the gut.

Ingredients:

3/4 C Cocojune protein yogurt

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

1/2 C blueberries

1/4 C raspberries

1/2 tbsp raw honey

1 tbsp nut butter or sunbutter

Superfood overnight oats: Use 1/2 C total for the bowl. The recipe for the oats makes 2 servings

1/2 C gluten free rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp flaxseeds

1 tbsp hemp hearts

3/4 C milk of your choice, I used almond

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup

2 tbsp collagen peptides

pinch of salt

Refrigerate over night so you can scoop and serve in the morning

Directions:

  1. In a bowl add your yogurt, 1/2 C of the superfood overnight oats, berries, kiwi, nut butter and honey
  2. Serve or pack in a cooler to bring to work
