Oatmeal Cookie Overnight oats

•Dairy free, high protein, high fiber, gluten free•

Ingredients: 1 jar = 1 serving
1/3 C Oats, gluten free
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 C Milk, I use oat milk
2 tbsp raisins
1/8 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 drop of vanilla extract
1 scoop protein powder (I use pea protein)

Optional toppings: Nuts, seeds, dates, chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Pour the ingredients into each jar. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
2. In the morning mix again and then add optional toppings.

*This is great for those of you that bring breakfast to work and need something that can survive the car ride. Also great for meal prep because you can make them in advance and they last 4 days.
