Protein Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Bars

Ingredients: Makes 9 adult bars or 18 kids
3 C Three wishes cinnamon cereal (it’s dairy and gluten free and has pea protein)*If you don’t like cinnamon any of their flavors will work!
1/2 C granola butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1/3 C honey + 2 separate tbsp
1/4 ground flaxseed or 8 tbsp cornstarch

Optional toppings:
Melted chocolate: 1/4 C dairy free chocolate chips + 1/4 tsp oil of your choice (coconut or avocado works best)
Flakey salt

Directions:
1. Pour your cereal into a large mixing bow
2. In a sauce pan, on low heat, warm the 1/3 c honey and granola butter until smooth. Remove from the heat.
3. Add the flaxseed or cornstarch and mix until combined.
4. Pour the mixture over the cereal and mix well. When it’s half way incorporated add the additional 2 tbsp of honey.
5. Line a 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper. Press the cereal mix down into the pan evenly.
6. If adding the toppings melt the chocolate with the oil until smooth. Drizzle it over the bars.
7. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before cutting into bars
