Anti-inflammatory Ice Cream

Ingredients: Makes 4 adult servings
1 small pineapple
2 Ripe mangoes
1 tsp turmeric or ground ginger
1/4 C pineapple juice or coconut milk

*Other flavor combos:
1. Raspberry & Cream (coconut) add maple syrup to sweeten if you use fresh coconut
2. Peach, Raspberry, Vanilla (4 peaches, 1 pint raspberry, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1/4 C coconut cream
3. Kiwi, pineapple, mint (6 kiwi, 1 small pineapple, 3-4 mint leaves)
5. Mango, Passionfruit, Ginger (2 mangoes, 3 passion fruit, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 C passion fruit juice)



Directions for Ninja Creami:
1. Chop your pineapple and mangoes
2. In a small cup mix the pineapple juice and turmeric until combined
3. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Freeze the mixture in a ninja container overnight
5. When ready to use add 3 tbsp of pineapple juice or water and blend in the Ninja and serve!

Directions for Blender:
1. Chop your pineapple and mangoes
2. In a small cup mix the pineapple juice and turmeric until combined
3. In a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a rectangle container and allow to freeze about 4 hours before serving
5. If freezing overnight allow the ice cream to defrost slightly on the counter top. Scoop out the desired amount and add to a blender with 2-3 tbsp of liquid (pineapple juice), blend and serve!
