2 tsp coconut oil or avocado oil

1/2 C Goji berries or raspberries

1/2 C toasted quinoa or puffed quinoa (you can buy quinoa already puffed or you can cook and toast quinoa by baking it for 10-15 min at 350F

Directions:

1. Mix your chocolate with oil and microwave as directed on the package to melt. (Usually every 30 seconds you mix it into it’s melted)

2. Add the quinoa, ginger and protein to the chocolate and mix well

3. Sprinkle 1/2 the goji berries into the base of the molds. Top with chocolate and then sprinkles the rest of goji’s on top

4. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.

*Freeze up to 3 months
