Single Serve Berry Cobbler

Top 9 allergy friendly, Dairy free, Gluten free

Ingredients: for 1 serving
1 C berries
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp tapioca starch, cornstarch or arrowroot powder

Ingredients for topping:
2 tbsp oats
2 tbsp flour (all purpose, almond or gluten free all purpose will work)
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp oil (coconut oil or avocado)
Cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Pour the berries, maple syrup and starch into the oven safe bowl and mix. Bake for 15 minutes.
3. While the berries are baking prepare the crumble top by mixing the ingredients until it becomes chunky and wet looking
4. Add the crumble topping and bake another 10 minutes. Allow to cool before serving

**You can make these up to 3 days in advance. Keep refrigerated
