Vegan & Gluten free Chocolate Chip Cookies


▢ ½ cup softened vegan butter

▢ ¾ cup brown sugar

▢ ½ white sugar

▢ ¼ cup apple sauce

▢ 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DRY:

▢ 2 cups gluten free all purpose flourcan sub regular

▢ 1 teaspoon baking soda

▢ ¼ teaspoon salt

▢ 1 – 1 ¼ cups semi sweet chocolate chips just depends on your preference!

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Add sugar and butter to a mix bowling and beat with a hand mixer for 1 minute. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and beat until combined

3. Add the flour, baking soda and salt and beat on low until combined. Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

4. Spoon them into tablespoon size balls and place them on the tray. Bake for 12-16 minutes where they’re slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Let them cool for 15 minutes
