Anti-inflammatory Blueberry Mug Cake

Equipment

  • 1 large mug

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C Oat flour
  • 1 tbsp Collagen peptides, unflavored
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Light olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Blueberries

Instructions

  • In a mug mix the flour, collagen, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  • Add the maple syrup, milk, oil and vanilla and mix until combined
  • Fold in the blueberries
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds
