Anti-inflammatory Blueberry Mug Cake
Equipment
- 1 large mug
Ingredients
- 1/4 C Oat flour
- 1 tbsp Collagen peptides, unflavored
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Light olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2-3 tbsp Blueberries
Instructions
- In a mug mix the flour, collagen, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Add the maple syrup, milk, oil and vanilla and mix until combined
- Fold in the blueberries
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds
