2tbspTamari or coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce

1tbspAvocado oil or Olive oil
1smallClove garlic. minced
1tspWater, to thin it out a little bit
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl combine all your dressing ingredients and set it aside - essential that this is done first for the best flavor
Wash your vegetables and peel the first layer of the carrots off. Use the peeler to make long strips of each vegetable.
In a large bowl combine the carrots, cucumber and cilantro. Pour the dressing over the top and serve! (if serving at a later time or meal prepping store the dressing separately)
