Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 ` C Ice
  • 3/4 C Coconut water
  • 1 Packet Creatine, I used Sunwarrior lemonade flavor
  • 1/2 C Frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1-2 tsp Honey, adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • *If you're drinking this without a meal I suggest adding unflavored collagen powder or protein powder to prevent a blood sugar spike

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
