Gut Healing Chocolate Pudding

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 2 Glass jars with lids

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C Thick dairy free yogurt
  • 1/4 C Milk of your choice
  • 1/3 C Collagen peptides, I used Sunwarrior brand
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Prebiotic fiber, I used Sunwarrior brand
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Raspberries or Strawberries for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredient until smooth. Let the mixture set for 5-10 minutes until it thickens
  • Divide the pudding into two jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. I like to serve with fresh fruit on top
