Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350F. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners
In a large mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined
Fold in the chocolate chips if using
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
