Gut Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins
Equipment
- 1 Muffin tray
- 1 Large mixing bowl
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 C Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 C Nut butter, sunflower butter or granola butter
- 2 Eggs or flax eggs
- 1/3 C Pure maple syrup
- 1/4 C Avocado oil or coconut oil
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Oat flour
- 1/2 C Almond flour (or more oat flour)
- 1/3 C Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1-2 Scoops Collagen peptides
Add-ins
- 1/2 C Chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350F. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners
- In a large mixing bowl combine all the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and mix until combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean


Hi can I skip the collagen? Do I need to replace with anything ? Thanks
