Pre heat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper for easy clean up
In a large mixing bowl combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
In a second bowl combine the eggs, maple syrup, sugar, oil, yogurt and milk
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well
Spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Bake for 22-26 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out of the center clean
When the brownies are done immediately transfer them to a cool rack, taking the out of the pan using the parchment paper. This help them cool down much quicker
Make the icing by combining the yogurt, cocoa powder, melted chocolate and maple syrup. Refrigerate the mixture until ready to ice the brownies. After icing the brownies sprinkles the dye-free chocolate chips on top
