Enzyme Dressing
1Lime, zest- Zest of an entire lime
2tbspAvocado oil or extra virgin light olive oil
1-2tspHoney
1-2tspFresh mint leaves, mincedOmit if you have reflux, you can use basil leaves instead
2tbspWater
Instructions
Wash & chop all your fruit and add it to a large mixing bowl
In a small cup whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over the top of the fruit salad when ready to eat. If meal prepping store the dressing separately and the papaya. Both have enzymes that will eat away at the fruit. If using strawberries and meal prepping keep them whole.
