3/4CCooked rice1 day old works best
1 tbspToasted sesame oil or oil of your choice
1pinchSalt
For the Tuna

1 tspCoconut aminos or tamari or soy sauceLow sodium
1/2tsp Lime Juice
For the Bowl
1-2 stalksGreen onionsliced

Instructions
In a small skillet heat the sesame oil. Place the rice on top and let it sit 3-5 minutes without stirring so the bottom crisps
While the rice is cooking prepare the tuna. Drain the water from the can. In a small bowl mix the tuna, mayo, coconut aminos and lime juice until combined.
Assemble the bowl. Layer the rice, tuna, cucumber, pickled cabbage and ginger. I added extra spicy mayo on top and then sprinkled sliced green onion on top
