Ingredients

  • 1 Bagel, I chose and dairy and gluten free bagel 6g protein, 10g fiber
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese of your choice, I used dairy free 1g protein
  • 3 oz High Quality Smoked Salmon, I used Duck Trap Brand 18g Protein
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 1/4 C Sliced cucumbers
  • 1 Bunch Arugula

Optional additional toppings

  • 1/4 Avocado 1g Protein, 3g fiber
  • 1 tbsp Capers

Instructions

  • Layer your bagel with cream cheese, dill, smoked salmon, tomato, cucumbers and arugula for a flavor full, high protein and high fiber breakfast that will you keep you full until lunch and won't spike your blood sugar
