High Protein Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich

A high-protein lox bagel is a powerhouse breakfast that keeps you full, focused, and energized for hours. The combination of complex carbs from the bagel and quality protein from smoked salmon helps stabilize blood sugar, support brain function, and prevent that mid-morning crash. Using Ducktrap Smoked Salmon takes it to the next level—its slow-smoked, clean flavor delivers omega-3s for brain and hormone health, plus highly bioavailable protein that’s easy to digest. It’s a balanced, satisfying breakfast that feels indulgent but works hard for your body. Ducktrap Smoked Salmon can be found at your local grocery store and nationwide.
Why you should add smoke salmon to your diet:
Smoked salmon is one of the most nutrient-dense proteins you can add to your routine. It’s rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain health, reduce inflammation, and play a key role in hormone balance and cardiovascular health. Smoked salmon is also an excellent source of highly bioavailable protein, meaning your body can easily absorb and use it for muscle repair, metabolism, and neurotransmitter production. Add in nutrients like vitamin D, B12, selenium, and iodine, and you have a food that supports energy, mood, thyroid function, and satiety—all in a form that’s convenient, flavorful, and easy to eat in the morning.
